Opening Act Happy Hour: Preview Shopping
Thursday, November 7th , 5 – 9 PM
Come join us for a happy hour to kick off Christmas Carousel on Thursday evening from 5-9 PM! This ticket gives
you the opportunity to mingle with friends while getting a private early shopping experience in our market hall.
Each ticket includes hors d’oeuvres, 2 glasses of wine or beer, and all the shopping you can do!

Rock the Runway Style Show
Thursday, November 6th , 5 – 9 PM
We’re back on Thursday night! Get ready to rock around the Christmas tree! Join us for plated dinner, our
annual style show, and community partners presentation. Our models will be strutting down the runway in
holiday apparel from our merchants! Each ticket includes admission to Opening Act Happy Hour, and exclusive
shopping after the show so you can purchase the looks you loved. All tables are 8 tops. VIP tables are located in
a prime area for show viewing and include a VIP grab bag for each person and bottle service at the table.
VIP Table: $1,000
Regular Table: $750

Santa’s Sock Hop: Storybook Brunch with Santa
Saturday, November 8th , 9 – 10:30 AM or 11:30 – 1 PM
Santa is here on Saturday morning! Dress your little rockers in their holiday best and join us for this fun and kid
friendly event. We will have a breakfast spread, craft projects, story book reading, and more. And of course, Santa will be making an early appearance at this event! Regular and VIP Tables include 10
seats, and will receive a copy of a Christmas children’s book at their table. VIP tables will also receive early
admission to the event and meet and greet time with Santa, as well as cookies and milk at their table. We will
have two seatings so you can choose early or late brunch! Regular and VIP tables are available for both seatings. This project is sponsored in part by a grant from the Abilene Cultural Affairs Council and HeARTS for the ARTS.

Eat, Drink and Be Merry! Market Hall Package
Friday and Saturday, November 7 – 8th , 10 AM – 7PM
Sunday, November 9th , 12 – 5 PM
This ticket allows you to advance purchase a market hall ticket, meal from the café, and a drink
from either from the bar or from the café. Grab your friends and make a day of it in the market hall! Ticket is
valid for one admission on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Market Hall: Shop ‘Til You Drop!

Bring your friends and join us for shopping on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! Your market hall ticket gains entry
to shop with over 60 vendors. Take a break in our café, bid on auction items, buy raffle tickets for a Louis
Vuitton bag, meet Santa himself, and shop until you drop!
General Admission: $6.00
Teacher, First Responder, and Military Discount Ticket (with I.D. at the door) : $4.00
Market Hall Tickets are available through the Abilene Convention Center website or you may purchase them at the door or anytime during business hours at the Abilene Convention Center box office. (To avoid online convenience or credit card fees, you may purchase in person at the door or box office using cash.)

DIRECTIONS
From Fort Worth:
Remain on I-20W to Pine Street or Business 83 exit (exit 286). This is Pine Street, turn left, and you will be going South. Remain on Pine Street until you reach North 6th.
From Hwy 277 North:
Stay on Hwy 277/83/84 and exit at North 1st. You will dead-end to North 1st. Turn left onto North 1st, turn left on Pine Street. Continue to North 6th.
From Hwy 277 South:
Stay on 277 (you will make a left turn and reenter – HWY 277 will merge will 83/84) exit at North 1st. You will dead-end to North 1st. Turn left onto North 1st, turn left on Pine Street. Continue to North 6th.
From Hwy 36:
Highway 36 becomes South 11th Street. Stay on South 11th until you come to Treadaway and turn right. Stay on Treadaway and go under the overpass. Continue to North 6th and turn left.
From San Angelo:
Get onto the Winters Freeway, turn left on Hwy 83/84 going North. Exit at the North 1st Exit. You will dead-end to North 1st. Turn left onto North 1st, turn left on Pine Street. Continue to North 6th.
